What Is Earthworks Estimating?

Earthworks estimating is the process of calculating cut and fill volumes, excavation depths and disposal quantities from survey data and site drawings, then pricing those quantities using current plant hire rates and WA tip costs. An accurate Perth earthworks estimate needs contour data or a survey. A flat plan with no levels will produce a volume figure that can be badly wrong on a sloping site.

The Machine You Price Changes the Number
