Using This Website
Perth Construction Estimating runs this website so builders, subbies and homeowners can find out what we do and send us plans to price. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information on the Site
We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information only. Figures from the concrete calculator, and any rates or examples in our articles, are a starting point and not a priced estimate for your job.
Estimates and Takeoffs
Every estimate we prepare is based on the plans, specifications and information you send us. If the plans are incomplete, unclear or change later, the quantities and prices can change too. We list the queries we find so you can check them before you rely on the number.
We are construction estimators, not registered quantity surveyors. An estimate helps you price and plan a job. It is not a guarantee of what the job will finally cost on site.
Fees
We agree a fixed fee with you before we start, based on the scope of the plans. If the scope grows once the work is under way, we talk to you and quote the extra before we continue. When the plans change, we revise the affected section at no extra charge.
Your Plans and Documents
The plans and documents you send stay yours. We use them only to prepare your estimate, and we keep them confidential. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
